Sky Burial

The local laws combined with the natural beauty of Spain are ideal pre-requisites for Sky burials as an alternative type of burial. A sky burial especially suits those who feel a strong, general connection to nature, in particular to the sky and the airy element. All burials are conducted by either aeroplane or helicopter. We have a fleet of various planes and helicopters and experienced pilots at our disposal. A member of our team makes sure that the ceremony is carried out in a respectful and dignified way. Depending on the desired burial and type of aircraft, flight times can range between 45 min. and 6 hours. Very special are Sky Burials taking place over the mountain range of the Sierra Nevada or a Desert Burial over the eternal sands of the Sahara desert in Morocco/North Africa. For relatives and/or friends who are unable to attend the ceremony, we can gladly compose a DVD which will be sent along with the burial certificate (this service is available on request).
