Meadow & Forest Burial

Andalucía offers numerous wonderful wildflower meadows; due to the different climatic zones the flora and vegetation are characterised by a vast variety of species. Especially in spring, when even the most barren hills are transformed into a sea of flowers, the natural beauty of Andalucia can be admired at its fullest.
Amongst other exotic plants, one can find wild orchids as well as agaves here.
Out of the 4000 species of plants, 150 are endemic, meaning that they can only be found here.
Even rare animals such as flamingoes, eagles and storks can be seen frequently.

The landscape is characterised mainly by cork oak trees as well as parasol pines, pinsapo trees, Eukalyptus trees and olive trees. There are also various types of palm trees.
With this kind of burial the cremated remains are buried at the root of your chosen type of tree.

You can choose for the ashes to be scattered over the meadow or to be buried. A burial of the urn containing the cremated remains (given that the urn is made of biodegradable material) is available upon request.
